JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hands-on assistance for facial and other aesthetic treatments.
- Support day-to-day related work.
- Attend to customer enquiries / concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Deliver good customer service support.
- Maintain general cleanliness, neatness and hygiene of the aesthetic clinic.
- Other related tasks which may be assigned at the management’s discretion.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM certification or higher.
- Candidates with experience in the aesthetic field preferred.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and exudes excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to converse in English, Malay and Chinese would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and is a team player.
- Well groomed, pleasant personality and sales oriented.
