JOB Description
This is a leadership role in Nurses At Home (NAH) in Penang and is suitable for a candidate with solid Nurisng experience who wishes to advance to managing a full team and running a branch independently. You shall report in to the Managing Director and Nurse Manager respectively. This will suit ambitious candidates who wish to further their career and learn business skills from Malaysias top Nursing Company. Prospects of promotion to Branch Manager within 18 months for right candidate.
Key area of responsibility
- Creating awareness of our services among hospitals and the Public in Penang state.
- Building key relationships with hospitals - Nursing and Management.
- Recruiting and developing a competent team of nursing professionals for Penang.
- Ensuring service delivery quality in line with expectations set up by NAH and ISO standards.
The ideal candidate would
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent.
- Have required skill(s): icu/ccu/hdu setting experience, good communications skills to meet hospital clients, registered with nursing board of malaysia, independent and motivated, Team Leadership.
- Have required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Have at least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Be currently working in Penang or have worked in Penang hospitals in the past 3 years.
- Full-Time position only.
