JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board
- Posses post basic in ICU or Midwifery will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KAJANG.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and managing staffing matters.
- Willing to be on -call.
- Direct supervision and co-ordination of the activities in the allocated unit / ward in line with the Policies and Procedures of Nursing Service
- Monitoring and improving standards of care through coordinating and supervision of nursing practice: clinical audit and teaching.
- Any other assignments given from time to time by Director of Nursing.
