Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage staffing needs, staff development and all HR matters related to the Nursing Department.
- Reviewing and streamlining processes operational efficiency.
- Responsible for raising and maintaining the nursing standards and service level in the department.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Nursing. those with post-basic Degree wll have an advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
